Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it may not be possible to modify or cancel the order.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

Gum Shapers is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Gum Shapers shall not be liable for any clinical delays, scheduling disruptions, loss of chair time, or other damages arising from shipping delays or delivery issues once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Risk of Loss and Title

All products purchased from Gum Shapers are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Title to and risk of loss for products pass to the purchaser once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Gum Shapers is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the packaging and damaged items

  • Description of the issue

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Storage and Handling After Delivery

Products should be inspected upon receipt and stored in accordance with normal dental product storage and handling practices.

Gum Shapers is not responsible for product performance or integrity issues resulting from improper storage, handling, environmental exposure, or misuse after delivery.

Professional Use

Products shipped by Gum Shapers are intended for use by licensed dental professionals or dental laboratories acting under the direction of licensed dental professionals.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are used in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
