Gum Shapers® come in two heights: Short or Long.
Short vs. Long: Short rises a few millimeters above the gingiva, optimizing for fast and easy placement. Long rises to the height of the full tooth, providing the best form and aesthetics for your patient.
Gum Shapers are easily customizable, allowing the physician to shape the gingiva and healing cuff for optimal contour during healing and after crown placement. You can add to the cuff using flowable composite or remove material from the healing cuff using a burr to achieve the desired shape.
Please note: some abutment types are more expensive due to manufacturing complexity and cost. The increase in price is listed next to the abutment type during selection if applicable.
