Limited Product Warranty
The seller warrants that its products are manufactured in accordance with applicable quality standards and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment.
If a product is determinzed to be defective, the seller’s sole obligation and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy shall be, at the seller’s discretion:

Replacement of the product, or

Refund of the purchase price
Warranty Conditions
To be eligible for warranty consideration:

The product must be used in accordance with its intended use and instructions

The product must not have been altered, modified, or misused

The product must be traceable by lot number

The seller must be notified within a reasonable time after discovery of the issue
The seller may require the product to be returned for evaluation before a warranty determination is made.
Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to:

Products that have been modified or altered

Products used outside their intended clinical indication

Improper surgical or restorative technique

Improper storage or handling
-
Patient-specific biological responses or healing outcomes
Clinical outcomes may vary based on patient conditions, implant systems, and clinician technique.
Limitation of Warranty
Except for the limited warranty stated above, no other warranties are provided, whether express or implied.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Implied warranties of merchantability

Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
